hard close: When you are
end up talking to your customer then your closing should be very effective.

tell them that send me your E-mail so that I ‘ll send you the E-book. In this
way, the customer can make some excuses like he/she can say that I will send
after sometime but if you say that I am going to send you the E-book so, send me
your e-mail, in this scenario, conversion rate can be more.
Ask some
personal questions:
While negotiating with your customer you can ask some personal questions like
where do you live, what is your job, how many children you have because people
like these type of questions and use their name rather than calling them
Sir/mam because you are not a robot.
